What To Expect From Our Carpet Cleaning Service
When we arrive at your home, we will do a pre-inspection that will include a walk through and at this time it would best for you to point out any areas of concern. Before starting any work we will go over your invoice and pricing for the work about to be performed. *We also include UV light inspection for those hard to find pet stains,
We start by vacuuming all of your carpeted areas. Not all companies will do this, which is a very important step before cleaning carpet. And at the same time we will move small to medium sized furniture that needs to be moved for cleaning and vacuumed under. Examples of furniture we will move would be chairs, couches and end tables.
Next we apply our low moisture Carbonated Solution. Our carbonated carpet cleaning solution is made with all natural ingredients, odorless and does not leave any dirt attracting residue behind in your carpet. One benefit to using a low moisture carpet cleaning system is the amount of water/solution that is being used on your carpet and that there is no waste water being dumped back into the environment.
When our carbonated cleaning solution is applied to the carpet the carbonation breaks the dirt loose from the carpet fibers allowing us to clean it up with our cleaning equipment.
Once the carpet is cleaned we will place furniture tabs or blocks under the legs of any furniture we move that has metal or wood. At the same time we will use a carpet groomer (carpet rake) that helps carpet dry uniform and leaves carpet fibers standing upright.

Eric is absolutely wonderful! My tenants left my carpet in such bad shape that I thought I would need to replace it sooner than anticipated. I decided to try getting it cleaned one more time instead. They spent hours in my home, looking at pet stains with a black light, explained all of my options, taught me so much about buying and maintaining new carpets, etc.
